Mini - Shiba Inu mix 5 months old 4.6 lbs Look at this beautiful baby doll, Mini, the Shiba Inu mix! She was born in a death camp of a shelter in Korea along with her siblings. If the truly amazing Koreon rescue did not get her siblings, herself, & mum out quickly, they were all going to lose their tiny little lives. We are extremely grateful to them. Mini is now a US citizen looking for her loving forever home. She is a 4.6 lbs Shiba Inu mix, who was spayed here by our amazing vet by laser, had an umbilical hernia taken care of, chipped, fully vaccinated, heart worm negative, and dewormed 3 times. This little lady is in a foster home, and she loves people and other dogs. She can only go to a home with other dogs present in the home and has someone home. She has your normal typical puppy personality, but also loves to be held and cuddled. She will absolutely need work on potty training, as do all of our beautiful rescues, but Mini has been working on going on potty pads and outside in her foster home. We will only be accepting applications who meet all of the requirements for Mini. It's time for Mini to find her new forever home. She can only go to a home with other dogs present in the home and someone who will work with her on puppy training- a home where people are willing to work with Mini on potty training like all of her doggy friends and love & cherish her. We will only will be accepting applications for Mini with other dogs present in the home. It does not matter the size of the dog as she loves all sizes. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Mini, have read her listing fully to the end, and willing to go through our process of your references being checked, a phone interview, and a home visit. This will be followed with a meet and greet if it's a good fit, with our discretion. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Mini has an adoption fee of $680. __________________________ **IMPORTANT DETAILS - PLEASE READ** An application must be filled out before consideration for adoption. Please do not apply for a dog until you are ready to commit a lifetime to him/her. We are an all-volunteer 501c3 non-profit group of animal lovers. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable as we need these funds to pay our current medical bills for our dogs as well as any future dogs we rescue as well. As an adopter, you must be prepared to accept the fact that these dogs are rescues and, just like you and I, they all have their own individual personalities. In most cases, these little ones have been through a difficult journey that started when their family gave them up or they became lost. They may have been under stress, neglected or even abused in their past life or frightened by being left alone on the streets to fend for themselves. Our number one focus is finding these little loves a wonderful forever home with a family who is going to care for them and show them what it is like to be loved in a safe environment with a full belly and a warm bed. These sweet babies do not ask for much from you but they may require a little patience and understanding. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, WE ARE AN ALL VOLUNTEER RESCUE WITH FULL-TIME JOBS. Please do not contact us to come look at a dog. We will contact you once we have received and reviewed your completed application. A home visit as well as a reference check MUST be completed before a meet & greet can be scheduled. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Adoption Process All of our dogs are in foster homes, so please fill out an application on our website to meet them in person: www.aberdeenstr.com. Aberdeen Scottish Terrier Rescue is a 501(c)3 recognized charity. Our volunteers dedicate all their free hours to finding the best loving home for each of our dogs. (Less)

Shiba Inu Dogs can make good pets in Washington if they match your IifestyIe. The Shiba Inu is a Japanese hunting dog similar to a small Akita. Shibas are proud, courageous, independent, and intelligent. Shibas are excellent with children. Shibas can be socialized with cats and opposite-sex canines. Shibas can live in an apartment but do best in a home that has a yard.
